James is 36 years old. Born and raised in Erie, Pa. He was originally introduced to BJJ by his older brother, and from watching the first UFC as a kid. Started to train more often in college with the Edinboro University BJJ Club and then furthered his journey with 3 Elements and never looked back. Jiu Jitsu has changed his life and there’s no place he’d rather be than on the mats!
